Hello everyone! I'd like to tackle a question that's been on many minds. Some of you have wondered why a dog grooming session can take 2-3 hours. The answer lies in the importance of drying and brushing - these crucial steps can take up to an hour. Additionally, carefully considering your dog's stress and skin while brushing helps ensure the best possible outcome, which may take a little extra time. My instructor taught me that honesty is key in dog grooming, and I strive to uphold this value in every session. Please know that we're committed to providing top-notch care, even if it means taking a little extra time. Hello everyone. I've been struggling with severe wrist pain lately. Nevertheless, I continued to accept difficult dogs that refused grooming or bit, as turning them away was not an option. Witnessing the happiness of the dogs and their owners after grooming sessions inspired me to continue. However, my commitment has led to me becoming a dog groomer who suffers bites, scratches, and bruises. I also experience emotional pain when injured or bitten by a dog. Some customers have started complaining and becoming angry when I charge extra for handling difficuit dogs or biting dogs. I want to keep doing this dog grooming for a little longer. Please respect and consider each other.
