Dear Clip Art Customers,
This week we have had a whopping 9!!! less than 24 hour notice or no-show appointments.
That is a loss of $1000 to my business, and more as my apprentice/ business partner Tom took 2 days leave from his casual job in order to accommodate these bookings, and ended up with no work.
Up until now I have tried my best to be understanding, but I can no longer take on the financial losses that this results in.
As such from today we are taking a zero tolerance stance to any scenario that doesnโt involve a medical emergency to yourself or your pet. In which case if your pet is unwell you will be required to present me with a screenshot of the vet appointment invoice in order to have your cancellation fee waived.
If you want to rebook you WILL be required to pay the $55 cancellation fee. If you respect us and the service we provide to your pets you will understand that In order to continue running as a business, we need to be compensated for our lost time.
