The story behind the mural.

When I first purchased the clinic and I was developing my website with Meirav Dulberg, and I was asked what set me apart from other vets. I laughed and said ‘nothing really except I just kiss dogs on the head’. Susan Bradfield was recommended as a local amazing photographer and she went with this and the photo of me kissing Mr Pembleton on the head came about. It has been the image in our reception and on our website ever since. So it felt like the perfect image to have on the boring blue wall.
The cat image Samson was our clinic cat and so his photo was also taken to be front and centre in our reception. When he didn’t enjoy living in the clinic he went to live with one of our vets. We lost him last year and so in his memory we used the beautiful image to have his memory always with us.

These images are what has made the mural so personal and so beautiful and it could only have happened due to the stunning photos taken by Susan Bradfield.

Our beautiful mural is now completed.
In the last few weeks a blank wall has been converted into a representation of the love and care we provide to our patients.
I am so proud and am grateful to the artist Arina for being so talented.

EDIT - Caicai is now home
After a week stay with us Caicai is now back home with a microchip and missing his boy bits 😂

Do you recognize this handsome fellow? He has been handed in this morning. Lovely smoochy boy with no chip and very hungry! Please call the clinic on 9589 0777 if you know where he belongs.

Does anyone know Brian?? This lovely male German Shepherd was found on weatherall rd. Microchip details are from out of Melbourne so may be visiting or not up to date. Phone number is not answering.

We have a little orphan pacific black duckling. It’s best chance is if we can find a mum with ducklings and we can try and include our little guy in the flock. If anyone knows of a family in the area we’d love to hear about it!
