This little fella is looking for a new home.

This little bundle of energy is approximately 7 weeks old and he is very playful.

Hi,

We are implementing a change to our terms & conditions from the 1st July 2026. To align with our Christmas and Easter policy, and in line with industry practice all bookings will now require a non refundable booking fee which will be deducted from your invoice at payment.
For reservations of 7 nights or less the fee will be $50.00 and for reservations in excess of 7 nights the fee will be $100.00.

As a business operating in a regulated industry there is an impost on us in relation to mandatory compliance. This adds additional administration whenever we take a reservation.
This change is necessary to assist us in defraying these costs particularly when reservations are cancelled at short notice.
There is no change to our pricing and you will continue to pay the same amount. We will simply be collecting some of that payment up front.

It has been unusually quiet and trading conditions for not just us but many small businesses has been challenging.
