Independent, family-owned clinic established in 2003 by
Dr John Allerton. The clinic is owned by John Allerton who has lived most of his life in the Redlands.

Birkdale Veterinary Clinic has proudly been operating in the Birkdale area since 2003. John's wife Kerri, is the clinic's practice manager. Birkdale Veterinary Clinic was originally established at 112 Birkdale Road, Birkdale, before moving to brand new, purpose-built premises at 106 Birkdale Road, Birkdale (near Dominos) in January 2013. It has enjoyed steady growth since its inception, which John

attributes to the team of dedicated staff who always strive to offer a personalised, caring service clients and their animals, with many loyal clients who have supported the clinic over the years. The clinic has grown from a small vet practice to a well established family-owned business that now employs 10 staff, all from the Redlands. Birkdale Veterinary Clinic Staff

🚨CYCLONE ALFRED🚨

BIRKDALE VETERINARY CLINIC CLOSURE:

Due to extreme weather circumstances we will be closed Thursday the 6th and Friday the 7th of March. We are predicting to be open on Saturday as per our usual hours, however, this may change depending on the circumstances over the next 2 days.

Currently we are still trading as normal Wednesday 5th March. However, cyclone Alfred is set to hit late Thursday into Friday. If anything changes in regards to our opening hours, we will update Facebook.
