🐾 A Friendly Reminder About Our Pricing & Booking Policies
We understand that our recent price changes won't suit everyone's budget, and we completely respect that.
However, we do need to make a few things very clear moving forward.
Our prices are set and are not negotiable. They reflect the genuine costs involved in operating a professional mobile grooming company, along with the time, experience, equipment and care that goes into providing our services.
Payment is required in full on the day of your appointment.
We also have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Last-minute cancellations leave appointment spaces that we often cannot refill, which means lost income to our business. Where the required notice isn't provided, our cancellation fee applies and payment is expected in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Soggy Doggy Pet Wash isn't a hobby or a little side business. We are an established, registered company employing people, paying wages, insurance, tax and operating costs, and like every sustainable business, we must operate profitably.
We genuinely value our wonderful customers and their continued support. ❤️🐾
We also understand that our services and pricing won't be the right fit for everyone — and that's completely okay. We simply ask that our pricing, policies and the value of our team's work are respected.
