Hi everyone,
Posting for some friends.
This is Kira, she is looking for a new home to see out her twilight years. She has been well loved but her mum has had to go into care and the extended family are unable to take her on due to current pets.
She is 13yrs old, hard of hearing, partially blind and a bit arthritic but a sweet old girl none the less. She is best suited to a home where she would be the only pet and probably older children. Kira is a medium size dog, Kelpie/cattle dog cross, desexed and has all immunisations up to date.
Please share, hopefully we can find her a happy new house to call home.

Topspot Boarding Kennels and Cattery is seeking a reliable and knowledgable casual kennel attendant to join our close knit team. On the job training will be provided. Must be available weekends.

The right person will have the following qualities and experience:
- Previous experience working with dogs and cats is essential
- Must be driven and have a strong work ethic.
- Must be attentive and have a great attention to detail.
- Must work well in a team environment as we are a small family run business.
- Must be able to follow routines, policies and procedures.
- Must be comfortable with dealing with clients at check in and check out.

The right candidate must be flexible with availability across weekdays and weekends including public holidays, holiday periods, Christmas and New Year.

A kennel attendant tasks will include but not limited to:
- Cleaning of kennels and ensuring high level of hygiene is maintained at all times.
- Provision of food and water for the dogs/cats
- Daily health checks of dogs/cats.
- Washing of dogs for departure as required.
- Moving all breeds of dogs between kennelling and yards.
- Checking in and checking out of boarding dogs/cats.

Shelley is a nine year old Greyhound who is looking for a home to live out her senior years. Shelley is very full of life and is a very spritely girl for her age. She is cat and dog friendly but would need to be supervised around small dogs as she doesn’t realise her size. Shelley is in fantastic health however does need weekly medication for a minor hormone issue. Please let me know if you would like to give this gorgeous girl a home. 😊

Boss is looking for his perfect home. He is a 7 year old German Shepherd. He loves to be inside with human companionship especially at night, he is very loving and very loyal. Boss can be dominant so may be best suited as an only dog or the new owner would have to be very patient with him as he learns to interact with with another dog. Boss is great with children but is unknown around cats as he has not had any interactions with cats.
