So grateful for milestones like this! 🥺🥚

Earlier this month on our farm, we packed our largest fertile egg order to date. Seeing this many cartons of our fertile eggs ready to go is a milestone we truly appreciate.

As a small farm, every single order means the absolute world to us—whether we’re carefully selecting and packing high-fertility eggs for your incubator, supplying fresh, top-quality eggs for your kitchen table, or raising healthy chicks and pullets for your flock.

Thank you so much to our wonderful customers for trusting our breeding stock and supporting what we do. It makes all the early mornings, late nights, and hard work completely worth it!

Wishing our customer the best of luck with their hatch! 🐣✨

🩶🤍 Busy morning at the office in our splash coop 🤍🩶

We know we aren't the only chicken keepers that provide lots of nesting boxes for their flock. Though we quite often see multiple hens laying together or a que waiting for their turn.

It's not just preference, it's a matter of survival.
Flocks that lay together - stay together ❤️

🥚 Safety in numbers - more eyes to watch for predators!
🥚 Trust - if the dominant or lead hen, if she says this is a good place, then it must be!
🥚 Maternal instincts- it's a flock effort to lay eggs in a clutch so a broody hen can sit on the eggs sooner!

🖤🤍🖤 Ghost and Marshmallow 🖤🤍🖤

Ghost was the first bull birthed on our farm. He's now passed his 4th birthday earlier this month. In those 4 years, he's taught us a lot and never missed a chance to be brushed.

Marshmallow not only looks like Ghost, they are inseparable. Eating, playing and taking naps together. Just like her parents, Marshmallow is growing up to be a very gentle and curious girl.

The Lowline and Hereford breeds have a lot to offer - the black "Baldy" is a mix of the two breeds. There's plenty of favourable traits that come along with these adorable cows (not just the white face!).
