Terms and conditions of Bluez Pet spa.
Although all care is taken in the grooming. Bluez pet spa will not cover the following:
1) Ear infections - This is often a combination of bacteria and moisture. We do not put water in the dogs ears. All care is taken as I have spaniels and know the importance of ears.
2) bruising or any skin issues from the removal of matting. Including swelling on the end of the ears. Blood flow often returns to the area of dogs that have been left with matting and can have these issues appear. This is not the cause of grooming rather the matting that has been left on the dogs.
3) Itchy skin or any itchiness- it is hard to determine the allergy a dog is experiencing this can be from internal and external factors.
4) Dogs must be on a lead this is for safety I work around cars and a road.
