**🌿 You Are Already the Rider You Seek to Become 🌿**

I love this saying: *ā€œThe seed doesn’t grow into a tree; it is the tree.ā€* And it couldn’t be more relevant to the journey we take with our horses.

So many horsewomen have goals—whether it’s becoming a Grand Prix rider, an Open Rider, a Champion Barrel Racer, or simply deepening the connection with their horse. We set our sights on the future, striving for what we think we need to ā€˜become’

But here’s the truth: ā€˜You already are’

The rider you aspire to be? She’s not out there somewhere in the future—you are her now. You are the seed, and the tree is already within you. You don’t have to *become* her; you have to *be* her.

When you ride from that space—fully embodying your choice, standing in the energy of the rider you *know* you are—you will *feel* the shift. Your horse will feel it too.

The connection deepens.
The movements become more effortless. The trust between you and your horse grows.

So, I ask you…

ā€œWhat is it you truly desire to achieve? Who is the rider you already are?ā€

Drop into ā€˜being’ her. Ride from that space. Watch the transformation unfold.

🌟 Share in the comments—what is the rider you already know yourself to be? Let’s claim it together! ā¬‡ļø

This is a solar-powered sea slug — the first animal known to use sunlight to make its own food, like a plant.

The eastern emerald elysia (Elysia chlorotica) gets this ability by eating algae (Vaucheria litorea). It keeps the algae's chloroplasts, which are tiny structures that turn sunlight into energy, and stores them in its body.

Amazingly, some of these sea slugs can live for up to a year without eating, surviving only on sunlight.

This incredible adaptation makes Elysia chlorotica a true marvel of nature. Its green color, thanks to the chloroplasts, also helps it hide from predators by blending into its environment.

These sea slugs can grow up to 60 mm (2.6 inches) long and live in sunny, shallow waters like salt marshes and tidal pools. With its solar-powered lifestyle, Elysia chlorotica blurs the line between plants and animals and offers new insights into how photosynthesis and energy use work.

This is interesting..šŸ¤”šŸ§

This is also true for horses, the interaction of the tongue, hyoid bone and front feet is so important to understand.

From birth, your tongue is actually connected to your toes through an intricate network of connective tissue known as fascia.

If your tongue is not resting correctly in your mouth due to mouth breathing, things can get out of alignment in your mouth and the rest of your body.
Tongue posture can lead to a foot imbalance and vice versa because the tongue guides all myofascial continuity structures that run from the inner arch of the foot up through the middle of the body to the tongue and jaw muscles.

When the tongue sits on top of the palate, it seals the oral cavity and holds the throat open like a tent. These muscles support the neck, keep your posture straight, help you breathe, and maintain your posture upright.
Your tongue also acts as a rudder and support system through a fascial line, and when the tongue is down, we breathe through our mouth, and the head falls forward due to lack of support, which leads to poor posture and increased energy expenditure.

Imagination: The Gateway to a Life Worth Living

What if imagination wasn’t just a fleeting thought, but the very essence of your soul’s longing to create? Imagination is the spark that dares to dream the impossible into existence, the sacred playground where reality takes its first breath. Yet somewhere along the way, we stopped playing, stopped imagining, and instead settled for the confines of logic and practicality.

Albert Einstein said it best:

Logic will get you from A to B, but imagination will take you everywhere.

What happened to that boundless wonder within us, the ability to conjure worlds unseen and shape lives unlived? That beautiful imagination of childlike wonder.

To imagine is to reclaim your power, to see the life you desire so vividly that it begins to call itself into being. It’s not just about dreaming—it’s about allowing your imagination to guide you toward a reality where joy, passion, and purpose collide.

See it to be it. Feel it to live it.

Imagination is precious, a treasure to be guarded. Let only what inspires, uplifts, and aligns with your deepest desires take residence there. Protect it ferociously, for it holds the key to your truest potential.

So, where will your imagination take you today?

What might your life look like if you dared to dream beyond the ordinary, to live in a way that makes your heart race and your spirit soar?

Step into the realm of the imaginary—your wildest, most beautiful life is waiting there.

We are on a mission…

After walking in this beach, there a no shells but full of hermit crabs carrying undersized shells on their backs.

We walked the beach and left this that needed it, a new home and upgraded it for them. Hopefully they take up the offer and move in, although several crabs showed great interest in swappingZ

Don’t worry, all the shells left we from this country and returned to the lands it belonged.

So wonderful to listen to your intuition and know the shells wanted to go back home to the ocean.

Happy New Year to you…

Here’s to a wonderful year to you all.
To a deeper connection to yourself and all that there is.

Here’s to more connection and conversations with the Animals and transforming their lives as much as us we do ours.

Happy rewilding to you all #2025

27/12/2024

We are but travelers in this vast and fleeting moment of existence, wandering through a landscape that is both beautiful and temporary. This world, with all its complexity and wonder, is not our permanent home but a station along the journey of our soul. We are here not by chance, but with a purpose—a purpose that calls us to observe, to experience, and to embrace the lessons that life unfolds before us.

Every sunrise, every interaction, every challenge is an opportunity for growth. We are here to witness the profound beauty of creation, to learn from the moments of joy and the whispers of pain, to transform through the alchemy of experience. The love we give, the connections we nurture, and the truths we discover are the marks of our journey—a journey that shapes not just who we are, but who we are becoming.

As we walk this path, it’s easy to get lost in the illusion of permanence. We build, we strive, we hold tightly to what feels secure, forgetting that all of this is borrowed. But in remembering that we are visitors, we begin to live with a deeper awareness, a gratitude for the fleeting nature of it all. We realize that our purpose is not to cling, but to be present, to give generously, to love deeply, and to leave this world a little brighter than we found it.

And then, when our time here is done, we return home—not to a place, but to a state of being. We carry with us the wisdom gained, the love shared, and the essence of all that we have become. The journey is not the end; it’s a continuation, a merging with something greater.

So, as you walk this earthly path, remember: you are a traveler with a purpose. Open your heart to the lessons, let your soul grow through love, and honor this sacred experience for what it is—a temporary yet transformative chapter in the eternal story of your existence.

Mistletoe magic - the original Australian Christmas Tree - Kanya Tree

Did you know that the oldest mistletoe still surviving today is the Nuytsia floribunda, found in Western Australia?

It might not be the classic Nordic silhouette, but this hemiparasitic plant is known as the "Christmas Tree" because it blooms so dramatically up u til the new Year/Christmas period. The showy orange flowers have been likened to a bushfire, without the smoke.

The Western Australian Christmas tree is particularly sacred to the Noongar people in Perth and is known as a transit point for spirits and the afterlife. It is advised to never pick the flowers to bring into your house as this is where the spirits rest prior to transitioning.

The flower essence by Living Essence WA

Healing Nature

For feeling comfortable with responsibilities. This essence helps settle the person, bringing inner contentment which enhances the enjoyment of the family or group. The person can then fulfill their responsibilities and reap the rewards of consistency and shared goals. For issues of responsibility in family and group Life where duties and everyday pressures are causing an individual to become distant and avoid his or her share of the load. This affects the whole group as they must carry the extra burden, and problems of resentment in those effected soon arise.

Spiritual Qualities

Selflessness is a cherished development in our spiritual Life. The restless hungry mind gives no peace as it runs after so many desires for itself, one after the other. These desires can seem more inviting when they are out of reach. Once they are gained we want something more, something else. Satisfaction leads to another sense of emptiness. When we stop consciously fueling our selfish desires new pathways to happiness open up, and our environment and the people in it reflect Joy.

An Aussie Christmas

Down under the sun , where the heat’s blazing bright,
Christmas arrives in a shimmer of light.
No snowflakes or Frosty, no sleigh bells to hear,
Just the hum of cicadas and the clinking of beer.

Forget ugly jumpers, it’s singlets and shirts that we don,
With thongs on our feet as we slap mozzies till dawn.
The barbie is fired, the prawns start to sizzle,
And the sweat on your back turns into a drizzle.

Pavlova towers with cream piled high,
Fresh berries on top, a feast your eye.
The champagne is chilled, the beer icy cold,
As tales by the esky and laughter unfold.

Street cricket ignites with a bin for the stumps,
The kids in bare feet, the ball full of bumps.
ā€œBowled ya!ā€ they cheer, as the flies swarm about,
A swat and a grin—it’s what Christmas is about.

Off to the beach with a six-pack in tow,
The waves calling out with their salty glow.
You run for the water, the sand’s blistering hot,
ā€œOuch, ouch, ouch!ā€ every step hits the spot.

Sun hat and bathers, a dress thrown on too,
You sprawl in the sun with a sea breeze in view.
Cold ham and salad, no roast turkey here,
Just sunscreen, sandcastles, and holiday cheer.

So here’s to an Aussie Christmas so fine,
Where the sun is blazing hot, and the weather’s divine.
Raise your stubby or glass, let the joy never fade,
For Christmas down under is best in the shade!

Merry Christmas to all of you who celebrate this time of year and may you say yes to YOU and celebrate it your way.

Much Love

Our Story

Hey Beautiful Beings, welcome to Sacred Whispers and thank you for sharing your journey with me and everyone else on this page.

I am just here, making my life count. Showing up as the best version of myself. I show up everyday not only for myself and my personal growth, but also knowing that the animals need me. They need all of us to be a voice for them and in return, they will guide us and love us unconditionally.

I communicate with all life not only the animals, but the trees, the waters, the winds, the stone people and Spirit. How divine are their messages to us. Open your hearts and minds and connect deeply.

It is so important for us to do this work, and to be deeply connected to our bodies and have grounding here on this earth. When we are grounded within ourself and to all that their is, we can show up who we truly are in this world.
