If you're hoping to have your dog walked and they need to stay on lead they must be well behaved. If they're allowed off lead, they obviously must have good recall and be dog friendly ☺️🐶❤️🛁🐾

Emergency services announcement📢

OUR PLAN to deliver EMERGENCY VETERINARY SERVICES
We hear you, and we want to help you!
We know that Benalla is in dire need of an after hours veterinary service, and we have been thinking long and hard about how we can bring you a sustainable emergency service, whilst still maintaining the health of our vets (Dr Jade and Dr Elise). And we have a plan, for this plan to work, we need your support and patience whilst we work towards this:

Stage 1) Start extended business hours on weeknights - 8:30am-7pm
STARTING - 24/11/12

We know that most emergencies happen after we close the doors at 5pm, so by extending our hours to 7pm, we will be able to see more of those after work emergencies (e.g. horse stitch-up’s, calvings, snakebites and more)

Stage 2) Run Pet First Aid classes
CLASS DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED

To equip owners with the practical skills needed to help their pets in case of an emergency and to be able to deliver basic and lifesaving first aid

Stage 3) Grow our vet team

Our goal is to have enough vets to have a sustainable after hours roster (4-5 vets with some part time), that way we can avoid burning out our team. With a well rested team we can be sure that your pet will receive en excellent standard of care around the clock.
We are looking for new amazing vets now, so if you know of any vets looking for a tree change, get them to send their resume our way!

Stage 4) Start 24/7 After Hours services!

Stay tuned for updates as to where we are up to with our plan! We will make sure we keep you in the loop with every step!
