Today all goats received their six-monthly 6-in-1 vaccinations, along with hoof trims and summer drenches. Hair samples were also collected for DNA verification and will be sent to Infogene (New Zealand), allowing us to accurately confirm parentage and maintain detailed breeding records.

Body condition scores ranged from 2.5 to 3.5, indicating the herd is in excellent health and thriving.

We’re now looking ahead to the 2026 breeding season, with all of our maiden does ready to be bred for the first time. We’re excited about the next chapter for our herd and are hoping to welcome a new buck to complement and strengthen our already gorgeous lineup. ❤️❤️

We’ve officially sold all our wethers from this season! 🐐✨🎉❤️
A huge thank you to everyone who purchased our precious boys — they’ve all gone to wonderful homes, and the last two wethers will be joining their new family in early December. Having everyone local has been an absolute bonus! 🫶🫶🫶

I’m incredibly proud of our kids produced this season, especially those out of my maiden does, Stephanie and Bonnie. They’ve done such an amazing job, and seeing the quality they’ve produced makes me really excited and confident about the direction of my breeding program moving forward. I’m already looking forward to what next year brings! ❤️❤️❤️

My goats love the Olsson’s Goat Lick Block so much they didn’t even give me a chance to open the box today! They were straight into it — and no wonder. It’s packed with essential minerals like copper, selenium, iodine, cobalt and zinc, plus salt and amino acids to keep them healthy, shiny and thriving.

And just look at our paddocks… such a massive change from last year’s drought. The grass is so high you can barely spot the goats out there. They’re truly living their best lives this season. 🌱🐐💚

When I get some me-time, there’s nothing I love more than sitting with my goats in their shelter, watching them play, come in for cuddles, and just being around their different personalities. I could honestly spend hours with them. Ozzy here is definitely enjoying his scratches!
