It's not just the coat and nails that has to be taken care of but also ears. These are the ears of a Schnauzer, who have the most hair in their ears over any other breed! Its not painful to pull out if you do it correctly. You can imagine ear infections are just a waiting game, if this isn't done regularly.

Unfortunately, we had a client respond very negatively on my yesterday's post regarding the adjusted opening hours, with a funny meme underneath 🙄

She thought we weren't working every Saturday from October onwards, as we don't need the money anymore.. and therefore we provide bad customer service!
This client has been coming to us for several years, and we always accommodate her needs as for picking up and dropping home her dogs!

It offended me greatly, and the only reason we aren't open every Saturday is that we dont want to burn out. We are open 6 days a week and are super busy.. We need to think of ourselves and our health, as if we fail in that, we can't work at all.

We can only do so much, and we always try to accommodate everyone's needs, but we deserve a life besides work, too.

The overhead of running a salon is massive! And we do what we do because we love it.

Open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, but very likely there 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
