What’s a puppuccino?
A puppuccino is a cup of whipped cream. HOWEVER, we don’t use whipped cream unless requested (as a topper). We’ve replaced the whipped cream with goats milk — THE BETTER AND HEALTHIER alternative for your dog! Puppuccino’s are a supaw popular and cute way for dog pawrents to include their dogs in a coffee run!
⭐️ Tip: Please remember to know the ingredients used in puppuccino’s as most pet based businesses will use whipped cream and should be given to dogs only in moderation due to the sugar and dairy content, especially for dogs with digestive issues or lactose intolerance!
Why we use goats milk instead of whipped cream?
Goat’s milk offers many benefits to dogs and is a great meal addition. It’s loaded with probiotics (similar to dog friendly kefir) that help increase the good bacteria in a dog’s stomach. By increasing good bacteria, your dog will have a better immune system, be able to absorb nutrients more efficiently and just be a happier dog. It’s generally easier to digest and promotes heart health. It also contains fewer allergens but higher amounts of protein, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and vitamin A
⭐️ Benefits of goats milk:
✅ Hydrating - 80% water which provides good hydration, especially on warmer days
✅ Calcium - necessary for bone development and muscle strength
✅ Vitamins - contains vitamin B and vitamin A. These help with digestion and cell function
✅ Protein - slightly higher than cows milk and contains mostly A2 protein for easier digestion
✅ Tasty - if you have a picky eater, adding goats milk can be a great way to entice them to eat while also getting all these great nutrients
