Recently we received some negative attention from animal activists. They claim We are 'forcing' mice & rats to breed and using their 'uterus' as a source of income.
Further, they say all people who sell animals for food knowingly (aka mice for snakes) should be ashamed and disgusted with themselves; as well as those who buy for this intended purpose.

So let us just respond to this BS for the last time....

🐍Repticare uses quality products and enclosures
(90% handmade by Nathaniel-Owner of Repticare) and used for our own beloved reptile babies.

🦎No toxic paints, laquers or glues are used to make the enclosure. Good old fashion dinky die screws

🐍The enclosures are cleaned with licensed products that are certified safe for amphibians and reptiles alike- no toxic chemicals and we buy this from petbarn

🦎The bedding is fresh and clean also toxic chemical free. Stored in airtight barrels inside the reptile cave/man cave/repti room.

🐍Our lizards and geckos, beardies and skinks get a combination of fresh grass, continental mixed vegetables (freezer isle at Coles) protein & vitamin pellets, crickets, roaches (American brown) and if the kids find any they also get dandelions.

🦎Our mice and rats are housed in large plastic tubs (non toxic acrylic) and custom made air vents and pockets with individual water pumps. They are crammed into 4 spare tubs once a week, for a few hours and the tubs they live in are hosed out and left to air dry (crappy weather sees that we wipe them dry instead).
We feed them a combination of fresh/frozen veggies & pellets

At no time are they forced to breed, all wonky munted offspring is kept- NOT destroyed. We provide healthy food in order to have the same effect on whatever is eating it.

Yes it seams sad but it's not in any way abuse.
If your reptile was in the wild, it would eat whenever it could and possibly chemical effected rodents. From repticare they are clean and disease free, never exposed to non captive environments.
We sell our mice to local pet shops..... not just independent but also branded chains.
So say no more.
