Just letting you all know that towards the end of May 2026 this page will be deleted, I just can't get my thumbs and saddle fitting technique comfortable, I'm a perfectionist for the reasons that a horse, saddle and rider requires and for the horses ongoing welfare under saddle. I still get many enquiries and questions, to which I then pass the info onto Megan Cooper Equine (Horsham, Ballarat, Bendigo & beyond) or Maddie@Free Move Equine, (Werribee, Geelong Surf Coast, Warrnambool, Colac, Enfield and beyond), or the PHS head office. So please note these lovely mentioned people are super skilled and passionate to help horses and their riders. Both Megan and Maddie have other sound Equine qualifications, hence why they are taking over.
I am so grateful to the 400+ saddle fit clients who entrusted me with their horse and saddle fit woes and triumphs. I absolutely appreciate and thank all of you! I have shared some amazing moments with my clients and their horses and some absolute heartbreak with them too, where I would never deny a shoulder for them to cry on. Even having to say goodbye to two of my own horses and throwing myself more into helping humans to help their horses.
& so this not an absolute goodbye, there's just no point keeping this dedicated PHS page going. You'll only be able to find me via my mobile or the New Email listed on this page and of course at my original work for over 30yrs at the Animal Naturopathic Medicine Educatum (ANME) where I am just as comfortable helping humans to help their animals and working on some other projects to do with horses and saddles.

I received very sad news today from the lovely Jess Pattinson, letting me know that the amazing OTT superstar Sir Winston has passed away. So hard to believe, I'll miss seeing this handsome superstar, my heart goes out to Jess and her beautiful characterful Sir Winny Winston 🐴💝

Congratulations to Megan Cooper 👏 who is officially the new owner of my Beloved StrideFree ute nicknamed 'Ammie' &/or at times known as my 'Rok' (Amarok). He's done many miles, kept all the gear and my existence very safe! Except for the one very recent & annoying break-in incident that was out of our control.
Megan has done quite a few miles with me in this car, she knows him well already😊.
Megan has been getting around and doing saddle fits lately in Ballarat when I've not been able to, she's a super 🌟 star, 10yrs we've worked together in my other Equine courses, where Megan has been my 2IC.
I'll be spending less time time saddle fitting and more time back teaching at my other life businesses for 30yrs, with our newer version Animal Naturopathic Medicine Educatum & development of better saddle fit education.
Megan is also a qualified Bit Fitter and an overall excellent thinker and honest person.
I wish Megan and Ammie wonderful journeys together helping humans to help horses, with Equine Welfare Under Saddle, the No.1 reason we have chosen to be apart of StrideFree, because there's no crap, no twisting of the truth, just pure 100% facts!

AMAZING NEWS...
My saddle fitting equipment has been found by police in another dumped vehicle, I can't believe my luck and feel so lucky, grateful and gobsmacked at the same time, what a crazy few days, so amazed and thankful that nothing was damaged, unbelievable!!!
Many thanks to everyone's well-wishes and the universe 🍀 wow, wow, wow!
Just waiting on my car to be fixed ❤️

Crappy News....
My saddle fitting car has been broken into, all my saddle fitting gear has been stolen, along with other stuff and tubs of stirrup leathers, knee rolls etc..
So currently not saddle fitting, if urgent please contact Megan or Maddie, their areas are listed on PHS website.
Megan is also available for Ballarat region and Maddie also for Geelong side of Ballarat, both girls are knowledgeable super stars!
