Due to a large increase in rent we sadly inform you the salon will be closing and hopefully relocating at a later time. This year has been a tough one for my health also which hasn’t helped. Being the quietest time of the year we have decided it best to close and open again in a new location soon. We’d like to thank you all for your loving loyal support especially during the times I was unwell.

To all my loyal and wonderful clients.
As you know I am the main groomer at the salon with lovely Jen as my assistant groomer. Unfortunately I have to be honest with you all and let you know I suffer a chronic illness of the gut that stops me in my tracks. I’ve had a flare up and am totally bed ridden after 4 weeks in hospital on iv antibiotics. Jen will be back next week but until then no appointments can be facilitated or booked.
To say sorry is not even close to how bad I feel I’m letting you all down but my body is fighting this infection very hard. I’m trying my best to stay optimistic and positive that things will go back to normal soon.

Dear valued clients
I know that some of you have been frustrated with my ongoing illness, as I am a sole groomer I am the only person able to run the shop. It has really saddened me that I have received threatening and degrading emails from some of you regarding your appointments. Please know if I could change this I would in a heart beat.
As you know I suffered meningitis earlier in the year and have been told I will not know the extent of my illness for some time if ever.
If you wish to move grooming salons we understand but with some rest I know I’ll be fine again. I really don’t appreciate disrespectful messages at all hours when I’m already in a very vulnerable and fragile state.
We know how important your dogs are to you and that’s why we are in this business because we adore what we do but please be mindful I am only human and am doing my very best at getting back to work.
