Grant Kluske is a third generation that has been involved in thoroughbred horse racing industry in South Australia. With his wealth of knowledge that he has obtained through out his life being around Thoroughbred horses Grant is excited at the official starting of Grant Kluske Racing Stables.

He may be trained out of a big yard, he may not have the flashiest coat, and he may not be the biggest horse, but Simba certainly has a big heart!

Gold spirit brought up win number 2 for the team giving the stable a metro double.

Challenged strongly up the straight, but perfectly placed by Grant, carrying just 52kgs with Brooke in the saddle, he dug deep to get the job done.

What a preparation for the little fella, bringing up his third win of the campaign. Proud is an understatement! 👏🐎

Isuspectjeu, what a tough little mare you are!

It was a 10/10 ride by Brooke King. The little superstar took the initiative after missing the kick, making a mid race move to take up the lead and Flossy did the rest, bulldogging her way to the finish line.

🚨🚨Runner Alert🚨🚨
The partnership of Kluske and King combines with three runners at Murray Bridge Racecourse tomorrow.

The first of our trio is Isuspectjeu. She is third-up today and now fully fit for the 2000m. Having already won at the track, we’re looking forward to the drop back in grade after competing in black-type races at her past two starts. Brooke stays aboard, and with a small gear change, we’re hoping to see her at her best and charging home late.

The second of our runners is the ever-tough and consistent Gold Spirit. “Simba” was very unlucky last start, leading all the way before being grabbed late on the line. He drops significantly in weight to 52kgs, and we’re hoping to see him continue his love for the track, where he has already won three times. His favourite person, Brooke King, stays on.

The third and final runner for the day is Pure Bliss. Forgive her last start, where the 1200m and tempo of the race didn’t suit. She drops back in grade and comes into the race well at the weights, with Brooke King claiming 3kgs. Brooke has been eager to ride her and will give her every opportunity to return to her best form.

Racing back on our home deck with two runners representing the Kluske camp.

The first of the two is Dexter Dream. Dexter is second-up today and may just need the run, being his first attempt over 2000m this prep and only his second run of the preparation. He has been working well and should appreciate one of the softest tracks around if we get the expected rain. Brooke King stays on board.

After the long wait from Race 1 through to Race 8, Arc De Puissance lines up as an interesting runner. He was a model of consistency before making the trip down to the South East, where he put in a below-par performance. He has since been freshened up and drops back to 1200m, which we feel could be his preferred distance, with Brooke King back on board.

Shares are still available in these two beautiful individuals.

Kluske Racing is thrilled to have them in the stable. The Sejardan filly is already being broken in, with the Toronado filly to follow shortly. These fillies tick all the boxes and are an exciting part of Kluske Racing’s future.

There’s nothing better than being there from the very beginning — from purchasing them, watching them mature, seeing them get to the track, and hopefully watching them win their first race. You won’t want to miss out on the journey.

🚨🚨 Runner Alert 🚨🚨

Massive day for Team Kluske! We head into one of the best South Australian racing days on the calendar with a strong team of three, and we couldn’t be happier or prouder of how they’re all going.

Our first runner is Isuspectjeu. We were really pleased with her effort in the Queen of the South Stakes first-up, going down by just over two lengths in a very handy Group 2 field. Brooke King stays aboard, and with the extra 400m, we’re expecting her to be extremely competitive.

The second of our team is Pure Bliss. She was full of class, winning first-up for the stable and now steps into the Group 3 Proud Miss Stakes over 1200m. She was below par in this race last year, but we believe the change of environment has really sparked her up . Kayla Crowther takes the ride—she’s had success on the mare before and galloped her earlier in the week, so we’re expecting another strong run with a real chance at that valuable black type.

Our third runner is the ever-tough Gold Spirit. He comes into this after contesting the Group 3 Irwin Stakes last start, where he finished just three lengths off them. We’ve elected to carry the weight and drop back in grade to a Benchmark 68 over 1200m. Brooke King stays on board, having already partnered with him for five wins.

We hope to see plenty of owners and supporters trackside—it should be a fantastic day of racing.

🚨New Purchase Announcement🚨

The team is excited to announce the purchase of lightly raced Toronado filly Olympia Fields.

She’s a filly with plenty of upside, being out of the 9-time winning mare Te Ata, a daughter of leading sire I Am Invincible. Her pedigree suggests both quality and durability.

From just four starts, she has already shown ability, including a strong third placing where she looked the winner before being run down late by Impulsive Reaction, who has since gone on to win the Group 3 Chairman’s Stakes in Adelaide and contest the Group 1 SA Derby.

Olympia Fields is a beautiful individual, and we believe she will really come into her own as she steps up in distance and reaches full maturity.

🔥🔥 RUNNER ALERT 🔥🔥

We head to our home track with two runners.

The first of our runners is Dexter Dream, who resumes over 1600m. He’s a big, staying type who will improve with the run and likely take a couple to reach his peak, but there’s no better place to kick off his prep than at home. With Brooke King in the saddle and a suitable race, he gets his chance to hit the line well.

Our second runner is Enciphering, who appreciated the drop back to 1600m last start when finishing an unlucky fourth in the apprentice race at Murray Bridge. He’s trained on track, and with Brooke King aboard, we’re hoping to see him right in the finish.
