We've had an array of sunshine questions. And look, it's not all sunshine - but that's exactly the point.

Plants don’t need the sun specifically. They need the wavelengths of light. Our LEDs are tuned to deliver exactly those wavelengths, so photosynthesis happens the same way it always has. Just more precise, without the variability of seasons or weather.

And to put it simply: the plants absorb the light. You eat the plant, not the light. What ends up on your plate is independently lab tested, pesticide-free produce. Every batch, every time.

It’s the same process, just a different source.

Blend it, bottle it, drizzle it on everything.

Making herb oil is one of the easiest ways to get the most out of your fresh herbs — and once you make it, you’ll want it on everything.

The Recipe:
Blanch any soft herbs for 15 - 20 seconds
Refresh and shock in ice water
Squeeze out moisture
Blend on high speed with a neutral oil
Strain through a fine strainer or cheesecloth overnight in the fridge

Voilà! Save this one for next time you have fresh herbs to use up.
