Update on shoulder injury. I have a small tear in the tendon that runs over back of shoulder. Tendon being pressed under clavicle which I think has been alleviated somewhat by way of cortisone injection to help with the Bursa inflammation. I still have to be careful not to overdo it so slow going but I am getting there.

Friday evening I had a fall and really hurt my right shoulder. Not sure what I can do re making any leads. So if your wanting anything it may take some time to produce, if I can at all at this stage.
