🦋💙DO IT FOR DOLLY💙🦋
Do it for Dolly Day was a day for acknowledgement and a day of honouring Dolly Everett. Dolly was a 14 year old who suffered severe bullying which led to her unfortunate passing in January 2018. Dolly would have turned 23 this year and her family remember her by creating Dolly’s Dream.
Do it for Dolly Day is May 8th and is a a day for acknowledgement, sparking conversation and raising awareness for children bullying.

We acknowledge this day as a nationally widespread awareness charity and we strongly encourage every donation. Dolly’s parents Kate and Tick Everett created Dolly’s Dream to build a world where kindness is stronger than bullying. Their mission is to address bullying by providing prevention programs and response strategies through support and and education for young people, families, schools and communities.

✨ Exciting Announcement for the Bellhaven Community! ✨
I’m thrilled to share that Bellhaven Border Collies has officially teamed up with Puppy Yoga Vic!

Together, we’ll be offering beautifully calm, welfare‑focused Puppy Yoga sessions at a lovely studio in Breakwater, Geelong. When the pups are old enough, I’ll be bringing Bellhaven babies along to selected classes, where they can enjoy gentle, developmentally appropriate exposure to new people and environments — always at their pace.

These sessions are:
• Short, calm, and designed with puppy development in mind
• Focused on positive human interaction, light handling, and safe exploration
• Closely supervised, low‑arousal, and full of rest breaks
• Built around puppy welfare as the absolute priority

Puppy Yoga can be a wonderful way to support early socialisation in a controlled, safe setting while also helping raise awareness about responsible breeding. Puppy Yoga Vic works closely with breeders to ensure every session suits the pups’ needs — timing, duration, setup, everything.

✨ Puppy News at Bellhaven Border Collies! ✨
We’re thrilled to share that Sadie and Zeus have had their first confirmed mating. These two complement each other beautifully, and we’re hopeful for a healthy, happy litter on the way.

Now we settle into the waiting game — keeping Sadie comfortable, monitoring her closely, and crossing all our fingers and toes for little heartbeats in a few weeks.
