It is with the heaviest of hearts we have to give the worse news - our baby Cookie has passed over the rainbow bridge. We still can not believe it . With every day it hurts more . Little Cookie was on Bravecto six months spot on for 24-28 kg dogs - she was only 7kgs . Paralysis ticks are really bad in our region so we always dose higher . She was 5 months into her 6 months cover . Unfortunately she got a tick and we couldn’t find it. We rushed her to the vet and within 2 hours of the incident she had tick paralysis. We tried so very very hard to save her but in the end had to put her out of her misery . She was such a special lady . She really bought everyone together and was such a mummy’s little girl. Everyone who met her loved her . Sometimes you can do all the right things and life isn’t fair , I do hope in time the pain will disappear and we can remember all the good times .
