Now that it's July, any couple thinking of getting married either in the spring or summer should be choosing a celebrant ASAP. It's interesting the way the celebrant is often the last item on the list to be organised. In one way I "get it". But keep in mind that at least one calendar month's notice must be allowed for when it comes to the paperwork. For example, I met a couple on 27th June who want to marry as quickly as possible. Legally, the soonest that could happen is 27th July - which is the date they chose to become Mr and Mrs. For others with the luxury of time, that's great. But, if you want a standard wedding where your love story is to be told - an explanation as to why you've chosen to marry - it takes time for me to get the info from the couple and write the script. All of my scripts are different, based on what info I'm given. Unlike some tales I've heard about celebrants who have a "cookie cutter" recipe for them, mine are all written from scratch to match the personalities of the couple and their relationship. If this is what you are seeking, and plan to marry before the end of 2025, or early 2026, you need to start ringing around, especially if you are thinking about October! But first, why not have a look at my Google reviews and website www.northernriverscelebrant.com.au to see if my style would suit what you're looking for. If there is appeal, just use the Contact or Call button so we can have a chat. I'd be delighted to explain the process and hopefully assist with your wedding day.
