Pepsi’s pups have started eating solids now & took to it straight away! We start them on Royal Canin Medium Puppy Starter which is soaked until it’s soft & easy to eat. It always amazes me how quickly they grow!

Cola’s pups were 6 weeks old on Friday. As a result they had first vaccination, a worming dose that covers intestinal worms & heartworm and were microchipped on Saturday. It was such a cold day here on Saturday so when it’s cold outside & you’ve had a stressful day, there’s no better than curling up on a warm blanket, under a heat lamp with 10 other bodies to keep you warm!

Pepsi’s pups were 2 weeks old on Monday so had their first worming dose yesterday. Pepsi is feeding them so well & they have grown so much. Their eyes are now open & they are starting to explore more, though they do still spend most of their day drinking & sleeping.

This time last week we were delivering Pepsi’s litter of pups. She had 8 gorgeous pups including 2 red & white girls, 4 black & white girls and 2 black & white boys. Pepsi is doing such a great job & they have grown heaps in their first week.

This weekend it was time to give Cola’s pups their 4 week worming dose. They were all weighed & have all shown good weight gain. They are absolutely loving their solids now and the bowls are licked clean, though they do get their food all over their faces as you can see by the photos! They are so much fun at this age, just to sit in with them & enjoy them crawling all over you & puppy cuddles.

Cola’s pups are 3 weeks old. We have started them on solids now, because we feel Cola needs as much help as she can get, to feed so many pups. Unfortunately at this age, they love to climb in their food bowl, so it is not a great time to take individual photos as they look at bit messy. Cola does a wonderful job of cleaning up after their feed. They love their food.
