***UPDATE - Guess what!! Oscar is safe!! Huge team effort from the community, Oscars friends and family as well as the team at LDOA. He is pretty skinny but with some TLC he will be back to himself in no time! We are so happy for his family! Thank you all so much for the team effort! We’re sure you’ll sleep well Oscar and so will everyone else who has been worried***
