Hi Everyone, as most will know we aren't actively breeding this year and possibly next. While the NBN rollout is happening in Albany I don't have the time required.
We need to reduce our stocks, if you know anyone looking for Weiros to have in an aviary and/or for breeding please point them our way.
I have some rare mutations, like Silver and Platinum.

Hello everyone, I just want to inform you all. As we are starting to get more requests due to coming into breeding season...
We are expecting the birth of our 2nd child late November, so we will not be actively breeding this year as we normally would. We are still taking names for the waiting lists and will aim to fulfil.
So please, if you think you might like one of our feathered kids send us a msg to go on the waiting list.
Will be very limited with budgies.
Weiros are $200 with the usual inclusions for companion raised (super friendly).
We may reduce our aviary birds also, so if you are interested in a breeding pair let us know.

15+ years in the making!

I don’t know why exactly I was drawn to birds, maybe it was in my blood (my Grandfather I never got the chance to meet was a budgie breeder) or maybe it was my allergies to animals with fur (even though I loved all animals)... But something about birds just drew me in.

When I was just a young teen I started to breed budgies. Already having a pet Galah and a pet Budgie, thanks to my Mum (whose Father was the one I didn’t get to meet) for allowing me to continue to feed my ever growing fascination. I was lucky enough to have my Dad build my first aviary, being a welder by trade it wasn’t too difficult and that same aviary is still going strong even after several house moves. Then came the part that really reeled me in, one of my high school science teachers was also into breeding budgies and was kind enough to spend some time with me after hours to teach me about the genetics of budgie breeding. Lets just say I was hooked!

I had a dream to one day own my own business, ideally a bird park. I even remember having a conversation with Mum in those early years about looking into purchasing one that was for sale... One day I will open my bird park.

Many years on, and many different breeds of birds being pets, parents to babies I have hand raised and rescues. I have made the decision to take that first step towards my dream. I have registered the business name and will be in the process of setting up a website and online store that will become the basis of what the business will grow from.
