Oh, and they’re vaccinated 😉💉

Parvovirus is a very real and devastating disease that affects dogs of all ages. It spreads easily, causes severe illness and is often fatal.

The good news? It’s preventable.

Vaccinating your dog helps protect not only your pet, but also future pets and other dogs in our community.

If you have an older dog and aren’t sure about vaccinating again, give us a call. We can perform immunity testing (titre testing) to check whether your dog still has protective immunity.

This year has been big. 🐾💙
And beautiful.

We’ve cried. We’ve laughed through exhaustion. We’ve celebrated small wins and felt the weight of sadness.

We’ve welcomed new family members and we’ve said the hardest goodbyes to some of the most faithful, deeply loved pets. Those moments never leave us; they stay with us long after the consult room is quiet.

What you don’t always see are the late nights, the after-hours calls, the tears behind closed doors, the mess left behind after life-saving surgery and the care that follows us home even when the lights are out. The heavy hearts. The constant hope. The responsibility we carry for lives that mean everything to you.

We are so incredibly grateful for our clients and their animals, for trusting us with your most loved companions. For understanding that we’re not “just a clinic.” We are a team, a family and people who care deeply.

This year, we’ve been overwhelmed in the best way by your kindness. The cards, the gifts, the thank-yous and the quiet words that remind us why we do this. Please know they mean more than you’ll ever realise.

🎄🐾Christmas and New Year Opening Hours🐾🎄
The Christmas and New Year period is here. Our clinic will be closed from 24 December and will reopen on 5 January. We will also be closed this coming Saturday, 20 December.

📞 During this time, there will be no in-clinic veterinarian available. However, we will offer a triage phone service for advice. This is available via our after hours phone number.

🐕 If you require any food or medication orders, please contact us as soon as possible. For last-minute prescriptions, flea and worm treatments, please visit us before our final trading day on 23 December.

🧳 If you are travelling with your pet, please remember to check that they are up to date with appropriate tick prevention before you go.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a safe and happy holiday season. 🐾🎄

This sweet, cheeky little guy is around 8 weeks old and looking for his forever home! 💕

Robin was sadly abandoned, but our team rescued him and he’s now safe, healthy and full of kitten mischief. He’s playful, loving and ready to bring joy to his new family.
