Cat litter is a very personal preference!
These days, we are absolutely spoiled for choice: tofu, clumping, clay, paper, sawdust, even tapioca!
Personally, here at FMIR we use a clumping variety, and because we have a mix of automatic litter boxes and good old-fashioned standard trays, finding a litter that works well across both is important to us.
This week, we were incredibly lucky to receive an amazing donation of litter from POOWEE! and PetRescue
We honestly cannot express just how much donations like this help us, especially during kitten season. With multiple cats and kittens in care at any given time, litter is something we go through a lot of!
We've been really enjoying using this litter. It works well in both of our litter box styles, clumps nicely, and the lavender scent is subtle, which is particularly appreciated by those in our household with sensory sensitivities.
If clumping litter is your variety of choice, we'd definitely recommend giving POOWEE a try!
And of course, little Pippi has been doing her very best to model the product with her finest "Blue Steel" pose.
