🥹❤️ WOW! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS! ❤️🥹

We are feeling so incredibly grateful to everyone who has taken the time to nominate Mima’s Grooming for SA’s Best Dog Groomer 2026! 🐶💕

We were lucky enough to win back in 2022 and 2023, and to even be thought of again returning back this year means the absolute world to us! 🏆❤️ Hopefully we make the list again! 🤞🏼

But truthfully, winning isn’t everything to us. The biggest reward is the love, loyalty and trust you all show us every single day.

Every time you walk through our doors, every time you return with your beautiful fur babies, and every time you recommend us to someone else, it reminds us just how lucky we are to have such amazing clients. 🥹

We don’t need a post to know how loved and supported we are, because you show us that every single day. ❤️

Thank you for trusting us with your precious fur babies and for being part of the Mima’s Grooming family.

We wouldn’t be where we are today without you all! 🐾

With so much love,
Mima’s Grooming

Thank you to all my wonderful clients for making this such a great year.

We are now fully booked for the remainder of the year. To avoid disappointment, I recommend booking your appointments well in advance for 2027.

Bookings will open from 12 January 2027, and I look forward to welcoming you then!

I got the absolute pleasure to meet this little man today his name is Flounder and is currently in foster care with my client. He is up for adoption through Dusty Paws Dog Rescue 🩷
I'm very tempted to apply for him myself! Such a handsome smart and fun guy he is going to make a best buddy for some lucky person 💙🩷💛💙🩷💛

Many of you may remember that when Mima first opened her shop, her beloved parrot, Marley, spent many years in the salon.

He was a wonderful companion who entertained everyone by mimicking a dog’s bark, saying his favourite phrase, “Hello, what are you doing?” and repeating many other words.

When Mima’s collection of cats began bothering him at the salon, she decided to bring him home.

Sadly, after 13 wonderful years, we have lost our dear Marley. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

We’re thrilled to share some wonderful news: our family has grown with the arrival of our sweet Frenchie, Shadow.

Her former owners recently welcomed a newborn, with their attention pulled in many directions, wanted to ensure she continued to receive the love and care she deserves.

The moment we met her, we knew it was a perfect match. Shadow has settled in beautifully and is already being spoiled just like Ollie.

She’ll be joining us at work each day, happily spending her time playing with all my adorable clients doggies 🩷🩷
