Another day, another order. I'm back at trying to find a litter I really like.. ugghhhh I feel like I've tried them all and I've just yet to find exactly what im after. We've been using the ozpet for quite some time and so far it's the best I've found over all but I'm back to trying to find a clumping litter. My first 2 I tried I'm not happy with so this is the next 2 I'll be trying. Petkit 5 in 1 mixed litter now I'm back to trying this as I had recived some a few years ago when I bought our petkit automatic litterboxes and I remember liking it. Also trying cature wood clumping litter..... now I'm interested to see how this one goes. Haha my never ending list of litter I've already tried.. well the ones I can remember I've already tried.

Did you know that red coloured girls are super rare? Most red cats you see are boys — that’s because the gene for red lives on the X chromosome. Since boys only have one X, it’s easy for them to show the colour. But for a girl to be red, she has to inherit the gene from both her mum and her dad, which doesn’t happen often. That’s why red females are so special ✨

I’m absolutely smitten with this fiery little beauty. Her colouring is even more striking in real life, she glows like she’s been painted by the sun. She’s also got the sweetest personality to match her bold looks.

I love sharing little facts like this, because so many people don’t realise how genetics shape the colours we see in our cats. Every kitten really is a little miracle of nature 🐾

We are over the moon to finally introduce our newest boy, Balkanika Frost and Flame, our stunning odd-eyed white Sphynx!

For as long as I can remember, having an odd-eyed white Sphynx has been a dream of ours but for one reason or another, it always seemed to slip through our fingers. After six years of hard work, planning, and patience, that dream has finally come true with a boy we produced ourselves.

This little milestone is extra special as he is the son of Balkanika Angel of Fire and Australian Champion Von The Jackpot. It feels surreal to see a goal we’ve worked toward for so long finally become a reality we’re both still pinching ourselves!

I also want to give a huge shoutout to my husband, who has been my rock through all the ups and downs of this journey. He’s supported me, pushed us to keep going even when things felt impossible, and shared every step of this dream with me.

Now that he has his fancy pedigree name, it’s time to come up with the perfect pet name for this extra special little dude!
