Not only that but we also have a few different pet insects available at the moment.

We currently have in a Juvenile Mertens Water Monitor!

Although small now, these guys normally reach between 1m - 1.5m in length!

These are one of the few remaining basic listed monitor species that reach over a meter here in SA.

These guys have a fanned out tail to smoothly manoeuvre through the waters of Nothern Australia, where they feed on a wide variety of prey items such as insects, rodents, birds, fish, crustaceans, frogs and other reptiles (even including baby crocodiles)!

We currently have in 2 species of juvenile mantis that are looking for their new homes!

The Snake Mantis and the Large Brown Mantis.

Lets play a little game of who can identify the species?!?!

Clue: Sometimes referred to as the Rainbow Serpent due to its extreme iridescence.
The striking rainbow sheen of this snakes scales is due to nanostructures called iridophores, which refract light and are intensified by a dark pigmentation layer beneath the scales.

We've currently got some juvenile Albino Carpet Pythons that are looking for their new homes 🏡

As these guys grow, they become white with beautifully contrasted yellow and/or orange banding.

We currently have 6 Spinifex Hopping Mice in store!

These guys inhabit the sandy dunes throughout the arid interior of Australia.

They are omnivorous and feed on a variety of fruit, vegetables, insects and seeds.

These guys are a communal species and will only be available in groups of 3 or more.

We currently have this beautiful adult Ridgetail Monitor in store!

These are a beautiful burrowing dwarf monitor species that inhabit the northern interior of Australia.

These guys are a great starter monitor, as they are easy to look after and can comfortably live in a 800-1200mm tank.
