I hope everyone had a wonderful new years! Sorry we took a little longer then we expected to get back to our loyal followers and give you all un update on baby Navi!! She is now 8 weeks old tomorrow and already almost 1kg! She’s a complete pocket rocket and keeps us entertained for hours 😍

With that we are working on a few things behind the scenes and I can’t wait to reveal those plans with you all in the future but for now we are keeping our lips sealed to not jinx fate lol

Although our hearts are shattered we still want to wish everyone a merry and safe Christmas tomorrow! We will be taking a break from our social media pages from tonight until January 1st as much as we love keeping in touch with all our families and future families and also our loyal followers!

2022 has brought much joy and so much pain at the same time so we are going to take this break to reflect on the year past and prepare for the year ahead. Whilst things have been awful loosing 3 of Yennefers babies sadly it has been happening to almost everyone we know in the breeding world from horses to birds it’s not been an easy year for breeders around the globe with the costs of living increasing and our vets around the state charging more and more for their work and time sadly our kittens will be increasing in cost in 2023 but I will advise more of that next year.

Stay safe everyone and I cannot wait to see you all back in 2023 with hopefully some exciting news for you all and us!

Little Aslan update

I wish I had amazing news and I wish I never had to write this but at 12.19am 23rd of December 2022 little Aslan grew his angel wings and was called back to the Sphynx gods for a higher purpose. This was a massive shock to all of us and all our hearts are shattered into ruins and our tears continue to flow we just want to take a moment to remember Aslan for what he truely was…a fighter a heart of a lion the little boy who hid the fact that he was septic from his aspiration and refused to let it show and slow him down wasn’t until tonight we noticed some awful breathing rhythms that we took him to the SASH animal hospital who examined him and found his oxygen was dropping rapidly and his beautiful white colouring was turning blue we made the choice to let Aslan go with dignity and gave him the green dream so he would not suffer all while still capturing the hearts of the vets and nurses. There wasn’t much more we could have done for baby Aslan. I held Aslan until the very last breath and even then held him longer. Aslan my your soul fly high as it ever can but baby boy your soul is always welcome to return home whenever you may feel lost.

Rest easy now my precious prince your watch is over and now you can return to the earth.

Aslan will be cremated so he can stay with us and always find his way home again. Mumma Yennefer already misses you and sweet Navi is sad without you but they know your time whilst short was beautiful. You will never be forgotten.

Little Aslan update!! This buddy is doing well his eye is actually healing nicely so surgery booked on the 12th has been swapped to a consultation instead to see if there is anything else that can be done before making the big decision to remove it this was the vets request as his eye whilst white has started to get colour back. We do know that baby Aslan was odd eyed and his blue eye is very healthy and will remain blue 😍🥰

I needed to share this photo with you all because I think it’s important to see just how well connected our little Sphynx family is. This big boy is McEvoy he is the heart and soul of the house. He manages everyone with gentle care and is a huge love bug. Today he met baby Aslan for the first time and instantly gave him nose kisses. All our sphynx’s here give nose kisses to each other and humans. We do no see our Sphynx as “pets” we are equals and this is proving to be our greatest strength throughout the hard times. This photo captures the deepest love and respect anyone could imagine. Sphynx aren’t just cats they are kinsman to your life. They are lovers and carers protectors it’s an honour to own a breed like Sphynx 🥰🥰🥰

Do not be frightened by his eye this boy is still such a beautiful soul and gorgeous to look at. While fighting all battles he still stays content and happy. Even started exploring with his sister. He takes his medications and eye drops like a champion and then has lovely snuggles. Such a trooper. His eye is slightly worse today but still not giving up just yet. Will we take him back to see the vet tomorrow and see what they suggest to get him to the date of his surgery or see if they may bring it closer. He may become a one eyed pirate boy but who doesn’t love a fun loving pirate 😍
