Luna is hanging out and eagerly awaiting the end of the week!

This is a new spot for her - I'm not quite sure how she got there, but she couldn't figure out how to get down so needed some assistance after some cute pics first 😉💛

*Luna has experienced trauma and/or neglect and had pulled out her feathers as a result. Her wing feathers are growing back, but they are trimmed while they are uneven for her safety as she learns how to fly.

Max and Buddy explored some organic native grasses together - and enjoyed having a monch and shred of them 🌿🌿

Max and Buddy are friends, they usually hang out a little bit together during their free time but over the last few weeks, they have been doing much more together.

It is nice to see - there are so many benefits to having a same species friend, even if they aren't closely bonded.
They speak the same 'language' and can learn from each other - and as these two found out - shredding is much more enjoyable as a shared activity 😉

She has decided that this is one of her favourite spots to settle in and watch what is happening - it gives her a birds eye view!

She also continues to grow her beautiful feathers back - the pattern is definitely giving the pearl mutation vibe and is so pretty 🤩

Monty and Skittles enjoyed a tasty treat over the weekend, and it's one of their favourites that's not a nut - banana chips!

Monty managed to find one that was about the same size as his head, making for one very happy boy 😁

Skittles savoured hers and made it last, she takes the tiniest nibbles some days and that is when I know that she is really enjoying it 🤗

Pepper is pretty in pink this week 🩷

The little motif on this week's crop bra is hard to see because the pink is pretty pale - but the design is a paw print 🐾

Pepper then enjoyed shredding some more of her "couch" balsa block - this one stays on the armchair for her visits and shredding sessions, plus she enjoyed an afternoon nap under the cosy heater 🤗

So far this week she has indicated that she would prefer an early bed over a scritch session - I'm hoping that changes as it's one of my fav parts of the day!

Last night while Luna was chowing down and inhaling her fifth dinner - she can eat and eat - I thought I'd offer some fresh broccoli.....

My thought had been if I hold it, maybe she will nibble on some and it would be a nice bonding moment.....
