Our beautiful Groodle boy Oakley we now feel is ready to find an extra special home! 🏡
Oakley is a 13 week old small standard multigenerational chocolate phantom Groodle. He is expected to mature around 25kg. This beautiful boy has a friendly disposition and loves to say hello to other dogs on the street and have cuddles from anyone. He is a very calm natured puppy and is good in the car and happy to lay quietly at your feet at a cafe. He’s been on a lead and has learnt to sit.
Oakley was unfortunately born with a leg deformity. We believe this was caused by his position in the womb, having been from a large litter and the last puppy to arrive. He has had Veterinary assessment of his leg and it’s been determined that it should stay, but unfortunately there isn’t much that can be done to make it more functional. Oakley does use it to balance himself and moves it when in motion.
Oakley required special care when he was born as he struggled to push through his siblings to get to the milk. I have spent so much time with him having cuddles, bottle feeding him and doing what I could to try and help his leg. I have become quite attached to this boy and finding Oakley the perfect home is the priority. There will be no purchase price, but in lieu, a donation to the Animal Welfare League will be required to help other puppies needing special homes. He comes with a puppy pack, has been wormed every 2 weeks, is microchipped and has had his first 2 vaccinations.
He’s not a “rescue” or a puppy to feel sorry for. He is a happy, healthy puppy who has had the very best start in life with us, but he just moves along on 3 legs rather than 4 ❤️

- No children in the home
- Have had a dog before
- Willing to stay in touch/update us
- Happy to live life at Oakley’s speed
- Wanting a dog to take with you on all your outings
