Hello all my lovely loyal clients,
As a business owner time is of the essence for myself & having a family also therefore when I’m fully booked I also have a waiting list for clients that would like an appointment but can’t get in on the day they wish as I’m fully booked but if a client unfortunately can not attend their appointment without letting me know then the client on my waiting list has missed out. I know life happens and things happen to the best of us at the best of time’s but unfortunately running a business I’m on a very tight schedule.
All I ask is 24 hours notice if you cannot make an appointment so I can get another client in that is on my waiting list. Due to such high demand in my salon I effectively from today if you cannot make your appointment or give me 24 hours notice a cancellation fee will incur of 50% Once again i know life happens & things happen & I’m flexible most times & if it’s an emergency then I’m happy to discuss the cancellation fee but if you can’t make it just because you can’t and don’t cancel then I have no option but to charge a cancellation fee because I’ve lost business and my client on the waiting list has also lost out. Unfortunately these policy’s need to be put in place to sustain my business. Thank you to all my clients ongoing clients and new clients for your understanding and ongoing support.
