One Important thing every owner should understand — Honesty matters when it comes to grooming.
If your dog is anxious, reactive, doesn’t like being touched, or may bite, please don’t hide it. This isn’t about judgement — it’s about safety.
Grooming involves close contact, sharp tools, and working around sensitive areas. When a dog is fearful or defensive, it can quickly become dangerous for both the dog and the groomer.
By sharing this information, you give your groomer the ability to assess the situation and decide whether they can safely take your dog or not. When this is hidden, that choice is taken away — and it puts the groomer’s health and safety at real risk.

Dear clients of 🐾❤

I wanted to let you know that I will need to adjust my
grooming prices in the new year. I will send you an updated price individually before the end of December, so you will have it in advance.

I also wanted to explain what your grooming fee covers, as many people don’t realise how much is included. From each appointment I pay for:
• Taxes
• Bank transaction fees
• Electricity and water bills
• Professional shampoos and conditioners
• Buying and replacing grooming tools
• Regular tool maintenance (sharpening blades and scissors)
• Disinfectants and cleaning products to keep the studio safe and hygienic, etc.

I also provide a one-on-one service with no cages, giving your dog my full attention from start to finish. This ensures a calmer, safer and more personalised experience.

These costs have increased over time, and I have kept my prices the same for as long as possible. To continue offering high-quality, individual grooming, I now need to update my prices.

Dear clients of 🐾❤

I want to sincerely thank you for your loyalty and support over the years. I truly appreciate every one of you and your trust in me.

I also wanted to share that I have recently started a new job in a different fields, which is now my main priority. Because of this change, I no longer have a stable grooming schedule like before. I understand if some of you choose to move to a more consistent groomer, and I completely respect your decision.

I also want to apologise to anyone I haven’t replied to. I have been very busy and didn’t manage to respond to all messages in time.

At the moment, I am not taking new clients. I will personally contact everyone who asked for appointments in January.

Please also note that I will be away on holiday during the first half of December, and the second half is already fully booked.

Thank you again for your understanding, kindness, and continued support. It means a lot to me.
