🎉🌱 **BioCraft in Austria 2024** 🌱🎉

We would like to thank 🙏 the Ministry of Labour and Economy (Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Wirtschaft) and the Federal Minister Mag. Dr. Martin Kocher for the invitation to participate in the Austrian Federal Government's Business Location Summit, "Invest in Austria 2024" (ABA – INVEST in AUSTRIA), held at the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace.

This summit was the largest of its kind to date, uniting over 200 companies from 29 countries 🌍, showcasing a melting pot of innovation and collaboration.

Shannon Falconer Ph.D. (CEO) and Claus Lux 🏳️‍🌈🇺🇦(Director of Operations) from BioCraft had the honor of engaging in meaningful bilateral discussions and chats 🤝 with key figures such as federal minister Mag. Dr. Martin Kocher (Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Wirtschaft ), Mag. Eva Landrichtinger (General Secretary), Eva Schiefermair (Cabinet of Federal Minister Martin Kocher), Dr. Henrietta Egerth (Managing Director of FFG Österreichische Forschungsförderungsgesellschaft mbH), Dr. Birgit Tauber (Division Management Basisprogramm), and Marion Biber (Head of ABA – INVEST in AUSTRIA ). These conversations were enlightening and incredibly valuable to our mission.

We extend our deepest appreciation to FFG, the Ministry of Labour and Economy, and the Austrian Government for their continued support 🌟 in our journey towards developing Cultured Meat in Austria. Their belief in our vision has been further solidified with the approval of our second grant 🎖️, an essential milestone that empowers us to move forward with greater confidence and resolve.

Bond Pet Foods has made their inaugural shipment to Hill's Pet Nutrition, where it will be used as an ingredient in pet foods people buy every day. 🐶

Bond uses precision fermentation "to more efficiently produce proteins like chicken, turkey and beef for pet food applications, without the need to raise and process farm animals." 🐮

These are exactly the kinds of collaborations we need and that we will be seeing more of to make pet food better for people, planet, pets, and farmers. 👩‍🌾
