Important Notice to Our Valued Clients and the Public

At Zamba Dog Training Academy, we would like to address recent concerns that may have circulated regarding an incident at our training and boarding facility.

A dog under our care was reported missing during a training period at our local shops here in Domboshava. This was an isolated and unfortunate incident, and it has never occurred before in our operations. We understand that news like this can raise concern, especially among current and potential clients.

We want to assure all our clients and the public that we take full responsibility for the welfare and safety of every dog entrusted to us. Our team has already conducted an internal review and strengthened all supervision, kennel management, and monitoring procedures to ensure this does not happen again.

In line with our service agreement and commitment to our clients, the matter with the affected client has been resolved, and a suitable replacement dog was provided so that training continued without interruption.

We remain fully committed to maintaining high standards of care, discipline, and professionalism in all our services, including dog training and boarding. The trust of our clients is important to us, and we continue to work hard to earn and maintain that trust every day.

We appreciate the continued support of our clients and reassure everyone that the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care remains our top priority.
