We always have at the very least three batches at a time.
Batch 1: Brooding Stage
Batch 2: Growing/Developer Stage
Batch 3: Production Stage
We have our own mixers for improving off-the-shelf feed. Motorized mixers help to ensure uniform distribution solid additives so that each bird gets access to all feed nutrients.
For all customers who pre-order and wait for point-of-lay, detailed info about Vaccines, procedures, development stage info is provided to track growth of the Batch where their respective order sits.
Remember, good production performance is dependant on how the bird was natured i.e good feed quality, weight monitoring & improvement, strict adherence to vaccination & lighting program, good healthy poultry environment, strict bio-security .........list goes on.
