Does anyone own or know who owns this dear boy? Found in very bad condition at the Spar parking lot today. Our vet has seen to him and now we need to know if he has a home.
If he doesn't have a home, he will be up for foster care and adoption. We'd rather he isn't released back onto the streets battling out his older years.

Shadow who also lives in the Villiersdorp location was found limping badly after a dog fight. We spotted him and intervened just in time. His joint was severely infected and he nearly lost his paw. Our incredible vet has managed to save it. He is receiving medication for 6 weeks amd is slowly on the mend. He will require more xrays and care as his injury was so severe.

Meet Blackie, a recent and very well behaved patient. He was injured in a dog fight and had to have a toe aputated. He was safely confined with his owners over 2 weeks with a cone and no out door activities. He is back to his old happy self and recovering well. Thanks to donations we were able to save his paw in time.

His new owner and her family took him in and adore him. He has been safely sterilized and is now being treated for mange. He is a dear boy who deserves all the love ❤️

This dear little boy came in last week. He was weak, not eating or drinking. Diagnosed with bilary and ehrlichia. Thank goodness his owner brought him in early so he could be treated effectively.
Two days at the vet and he is on the mend and back home. Thank you to every donation small or big.

Broken hearted. Our dear Suzie Parsnip was injured over the weekend (not sure if deliberate or by a vehicle) and was paralyzed in her back legs. We had to do the best thing we could and send her over the rainbow bridge.
Fly high sweet girl. You deserved better than you ever had. I hope we made your last few weeks more comfortable with your yummy food and daily visits.

Suzie Parsnip is still on daily meds and getting dipped weekly for tick infestation. She is extremely thin and we are making sure she is getting fed. Unfortunately her owner has no work. If anyone can donate food towards her recovery it would be greatly appreciated.

Meet Suzie Parsnip, this dear girl is absolutely covered in ticks. Every inch of her. She is anemic from these parasites. She is safely at our vet and being treated for the next 24hrs and to get some much needed nutrition into her.

For as little as R15 a week per dog, we can dip her and others (there are 100's that need tick treatment)
She is weak and extemely thin, but we can help her thanks to our incredible donations so far.

We are very very sad today. Unfortunately after nearly a week of treatment and top class vet care this dear boy did not make it. His name was Danger....not quite fitting for such a sweet and gentle guy. Discovering his gut was full of plastic and covered in parasite infections he sadly could no longer hang on to life.
He was treated with such care and gentleness at the vets so we can be grateful that his last days he was loved, and pampered. Rest easy old boy. We tried hard.
