Beautiful Patches will be ready for her forever home next week once she has fully recovered from her steri. Her previous owners fell on hard times and we stepped in to help, she quickly adjusted to her foster home and claimed foster-mom’s lap as her own.
She is 1 year old and such a lap cat, very sweet and good with small dogs.

Look at Gracie lazy-playing with all the toys at the same time 😂 It is so awesome to see how she is blossoming, from being dumped in a field to being rescued, sterilised and now loving human company and a comfy foster room with lots of toys. She loves just being next to you, she’ll come for a cuddle and then patiently wait for a toy or a scratch being offered. She’s good with other cats but have not been tested with dogs. And just like that Kitten Season is upon us 😳 We took in 5 bottle babies last week and I did a rough calculation, if nothing goes wrong and we don’t need extra vet visits or meds, this litter will cost us a minimum of R5200 to raise until they are ready for adoption.
We had a rough ‘end-of-2024’ season with over 80 kitties in our care. The the first half of 2025 was very rough with lots of kittens coming to us sick, and even the winter period that was supposed to give us a breather never stopped. Please help us get through this kitten season? Any donations of any amount will help, or donate kitten mousse or kibble or litter, we need whatever we can get! Maybe a few people will consider a recurring payment of R100 a month, whatever you can manage we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We still have kitties waiting for their forever homes since last kitten season 😢 These gorgeous souls all deserve a second chance at love and their own families where they can feel loved and safe. Adopting a teen or adult cat is so rewarding, and with the right introduction to a new home they do adjust very well to your life and other animals. Please give them a chance?

This beautiful girl was trapped in a veld in Waterkloof, and we thought she’d be a feral cat. But it turns out she’s a total sweetheart - tame, loving, and ready for her forever home!

Gracie’s all fixed up: sterilized, vaccinated, tested, and microchipped. She’s around 1 years old, and she’s got a personality that’s just perfect - super calm, and loves to cuddle up next to you - until it’s playtime!

Gracie seems to get along with other cats, but we’re not sure about dogs. If you’re looking for a low-maintenance, high-love cat, Gracie might be the one!
