This is one of the things that I can honestly say I struggle with. No matter how hard I try not to fall into the trap, I find myself comparing my journey to others. This always leads to a downward spiral. The one thing I can say is that it helps to have a support system in place. You know those individuals that you can be transparent with about matters that is close to your heart. Those that will keep you focused on the important things in life. Those that will not hesitate to correct you when you are in the wrong. Those that will support and encourage you to be the best version of yourself. Those that only care about you and want what is best for you. A support system that you can rely on for both your personal as well as professional growth.
