Once the woman gave me a green marrow for my sucker fish and she explained how to attach raw pieces of marrow on a fork to help it sink, my fish love this treat. I would like to just let you know that I think you salesman Blessing is in fact a blessing. His service was beyond wonderful, what an absolute pleasure to compare with any other salespeople I have had to deal with in a long time. I thought I would let you know that he could have sold me the entire shop with his great service, friendly manner, enthusiasm and just a really nice young man. People are quick to complain but he really deserves the credit. The other lady that works for you there, is also absolutely pleasant.

A True Gem for Pet Lovers — Groom Room Linden Lanes

I work in Kenya but live in Linden, and I can honestly say that in all my years, I’ve never come across a pet parlour quite like Groom Room. For the first time, my animals aren’t terrified or traumatised by a grooming experience — instead, they come out looking amazing and feeling calm.

The staff at Groom Room are nothing short of incredible. I had the pleasure of interacting with all three team members, and each one was kind, well-presented, and genuinely passionate about their work. I initially wanted to have my kitten shaved, but the staff took the time to educate and advise me, showing real care for my pet’s well-being rather than just doing what was requested.

I have a nervous dog prone to panic attacks and a high-energy puppy with endless energy, but the Groom Room team handled them with remarkable patience, love, and compassion. The level of attentiveness and gentle care they provided was extraordinary — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

As a first-time customer, I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be leaving a gleaming review on our travel blog, Adventure Lifestyle Magazine. Their service is simply excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a top-notch grooming experience.
