Bixie is looking for a forever home! He is an approximately 2-year-old male Dachshund with a sweet and loving nature. Unfortunately, his previous family left him with a family friend who can no longer care for him.

He is currently in KZN, and the family is asking for R1,000 to help cover the cost of food they have provided for him.

Every now and then, we are approached by people from all walks of life asking for our help in finding loving homes for their cherished Dachshunds.

And why wouldn’t I help? Whether it's due to a loved one passing away, relocating overseas, or other circumstances, my love for Dachshunds compels me to ensure each dog finds the perfect home where they will continue to receive the love and care they deserve.

I would much rather assist in rehoming them than see them end up in rescue facilities or kennels, where the chances of finding their forever home might be uncertain.

That’s why I’ve decided to become more actively involved in helping these Dachshunds who need a compassionate hand to guide them to their new beginning.
