*The Abdomen becomes enlarged and protruding.
* There is a delay in the normal appearance of the teeth.
*The skull has a square shape and may be quite soft.
*The muscle in general becomes weak and constipation develops because of this.
*The bones in the spine, as well as the extremities, tend to bend and become deformed, resulting in knock-knees and bowlegs.
* There may be fretfulness and restlessness at night.
* The lungs may become affected and the enlargement of the heart may result.
