Cozy Coats were initially designed for Scottish Terriers, but since so many other dog breed owners have requested, the design has been adapted to fit various other shapes and sizes of dogs. Although we have streamlined the design, no quality is lost in manufacturing Cozy Coats. Being a couturier, craftsmanship and quality fitting is key to any successful garment. Cozy Coats are exclusively designed and made of quality fabric (light weight to extra warm, woolly). The design is aimed at fitting comfortably, yet warm/cozy, thus protecting fur kids against really cold winter temperatures. Suitable for young, growing, adult and mature dogs Cozy Coats special features: • The dog’s shoulders, chest, rib cage, back, lower back, buttocks and base of legs are covered for optimal warmth and comfort. • All four legs can move freely. • This design was originally developed for Scottish Terriers, but is suitable for any breed. • Material used: o Double Bonded winter textile (extremely durable and warm)(has a wool like warm lining/layer bonded to the top coat) See pictures below. o Traditional woven tartan kilt on top of Bonded Fleece for firm and snug fit. • The base color of the coats is practical, with the obvious tartan trimmings made of woven traditional tartan • Super craftsmanship cuts no corners. Cozy Coats are well stitched. Each coat is individually made to high standard of craftsmanship. • Three durable adjustable press studs fasteners are used around the neck to ensure comfortable fitting • The adjustable band across the chest: o ensures extra warmth, neat finishing and firm positioning around chest/waist. Fastening with adjustable 3 press studs to adjust to 3 sizes. o cozy yet comfortable o extra cotton inserts to ensure proper fixture of the press studs (snap fasteners) o fastens with adjustable heavy duty press studs (snap fasteners) (no velcro, buttons/button holes) o Adjustable band can be made to for smaller or heavier dogs • Inside seams are carefully stitched to minimize friction and irritation on the pet’s skin. • Durable and machine washable. • Regular size fits the average Scottish Terrier • Other sizes made to order at a different price Manufactured in Klerksdorp, South Africa and shipped worldwide.
