Show days are exciting, but they can also be physically and emotionally demanding for our horses 🐎

When your Bodyworker, Physio, Chiro, etc, gives your horse follow-up exercises, stretches, rest and / or light work - it's more beneficial than you think.

It's what helps your horse's body actually heal and hold the changes.

Skipping that recovery time can undo all the good work your horse just did.

Healing takes teamwork. 💛🐴
