Seeds aren’t evil… but living on seeds alone is like eating only chips 🍟

They’re high in fat, low in nutrients, and can lead to obesity, liver issues & vitamin deficiencies in birds.

Rule of thumb is that birds should only have 10% of seeds in their diet!

Veggies, grains & greens give birds the vitamins, minerals & fibre they actually need to thrive ✨
