去年底造訪了《五郎時食》——充滿巧思的日式蔬食料理 🍣✨
End of 2024 I visited “Gorou” — Creative Japanese style vegetarian cuisine.

部分餐點含蛋奶、五辛，也可依需求調整為全素；一整套餐點很豐盛，從開胃到湯品、甜點。
Some dishes include dairy, eggs, or the five pungent spices, but can be made fully vegan upon request. The set menu is wonderfully generous, starting with appetizers, moving on to warm soup, and finishing with a sweet treat.

蔬食 🌱 也能很美味！
Vegetarian can be delicious too!

萬綠叢中一點粉。
Amid a sea of green, a touch of pink.

譬如三千大千世界山川谿谷土地。所生卉木叢林及諸藥草。種類若干。名色各異。密雲彌布。遍覆三千大千世界。一時等澍。其澤普洽卉木叢林及諸藥草。小根小莖小枝小葉。中根中莖中枝中葉。大根大莖大枝大葉。諸樹大小。隨上中下。各有所受。一雲所雨。稱其種性而得生長。華果敷實。雖一地所生。一雨所潤。而諸草木各有差別。

～《大乘妙法蓮華經》-藥草喻品第五

Just as in the three thousand great thousand worlds, there are mountains, rivers, valleys, and broad plains, and upon these lands grow various kinds of grasses, trees, forests, and medicinal herbs, each with different names and appearances, distinct in type and nature. A great cloud spreads across them all, covering the entire three thousand great thousand worlds, pouring down rain equally everywhere. The moisture reaches all the grasses, trees, forests, and medicinal herbs alike. Among them, there are small roots, small stems, small branches, and small leaves; medium roots, stems, branches, and leaves; and large roots, stems, branches, and leaves. The trees, great and small, each according to their superior, middle, or inferior capacity, receive what is appropriate to them. From the same rain of one cloud, each according to its nature, they grow and flourish, blossom and bear fruit. Though they grow in the same land and are nourished by the same rain, the various grasses and trees differ in species and form.

前一陣子誦到這段時，很有感觸，覺得很多事情，其實道理跟這段經文有異曲同工之處；
A while ago, while reciting this passage, I was deeply moved. I realized that many things in life share a similar principle with what this sutra conveys.

我們所受的一切外相，都是相同的，但偏偏人就會因為種種因素，接收到不同的感覺，和草木雖然生長在同一片土地，接受同樣的雨水滋潤，生長卻各有不同；
The external conditions we experience may be the same, yet due to various factors, each person perceives and receives them differently, just like grasses and trees growing on the same land, nourished by the same rain, yet each growing in its own unique way.

人和人之間的互動，也是建立在類似的基礎之上，我的一句話，你和我接收到的都不盡相同，也因為人和人本來就不一樣；
Human interactions are built on a similar foundation. A single word from me may be received differently by you and by me, simply because people are inherently different.

因此，還是要秉持「知足、感恩、善解、包容」精神，謹言慎行。
Therefore, we must always uphold the spirit of “contentment, gratitude, understanding, and tolerance,” and be mindful in our words and actions.
