🏆 Two NTKC shows down and our hearts are absolutely full. 💙🐾

What a weekend it has been for Ember Heart.

Finn has been finding his feet in the ring over the past few shows and this weekend something really shifted. He started looking the part — confident, present and exactly where we hoped he would be heading. We are so proud of how far this boy has come and so excited about what is still ahead of him. 🐕✨

And then there is Zoey, who apparently decided that one first place was not enough and went ahead and claimed two Best in Class wins across both NTKC shows this weekend. 🥹🔥

Every show we watch her grow a little more — more confident, more settled, more herself in that ring. She is developing into something really special right before our eyes and these results are just a reflection of the dog she is becoming. We could not be more proud of her journey. 💙

And keeping a very close eye on all of this is Nova — our little red tri who is eagerly counting down to her very own show debut at the Aussie show in July. 🌟

We have a feeling she is going to have a lot to say for herself in that ring and we absolutely cannot wait. Watch this space!

To our wonderful community — thank you, as always. For the support, the knowledge sharing and the generosity of everyone who takes the time to help us grow. We walk away from every NTKC show having learned something new and that is because of the incredible people around us. We are so grateful. 🙏💙

The human moms. The dog moms. The cat moms. The rabbit moms. The moms who birth them, raise them, worry about them at 3am and love them so fiercely it physically hurts. 🥹

We celebrate every single one of you today. Because whether you have a tiny human, a litter of puppies, a pride of cats or one very important rabbit — you showed up. Every single day. And that matters more than words can say. 🙏🐾🐱🐰👶

🐾 Hi. It’s me. Nova. And I have had the BEST day. 😂

While mom took the tiny human to baby class, I got a very special delivery straight to and honestly I don’t know why we don’t do this every single day. 💥🐕

We ran. We played. We caused an appropriate amount of chaos. It was perfect. 🥹

Mom came to fetch me eventually. I’m not sure how I feel about that. I heard Chane nearly didn’t give me back and honestly I respect that decision. 😂💙

But in all seriousness — this is what it’s all about. Puppy owners who love Aussies as much as we do, who open their homes and their hearts and make our dogs feel like family. We are so grateful for you. 🙏🐾

🌥️ The weather was miserable. The turnout was small. The fun was absolutely UNMATCHED. 🐾💙

Our own Finn, Zoey and Nova led the charge — taking one look at that grey sky and collectively deciding that overcast is just dramatic sunshine. 😂 Joined by the equally unhinged Kenzie, Merlot, Diesel and Ash, they hit Playful Houndy and never looked back. 🐕💨

A dirty Aussie is a happy Aussie. And at least one of these absolute menaces was completely passed out for the rest of the day. 😴 We won’t say who but their name rhymes with… all of them actually. 😂

Worth every muddy paw print. 🥹🐾

🌟 Ember Heart has a new member and we are thrilled, exhausted, overwhelmed and completely in love all at once. 😂💙

Everyone meet Nova a.k.a Super-nova a.k.a OBT Don’t Speak to My Client. Our little red tri Australian Shepherd who has just exploded into our lives like the star she is named after. 🐾✨

Now let us paint you a picture of current life at Ember Heart.

We have a 2 month old human baby who has opinions about sleep and expresses them loudly at 3am. 👶 We have Nova, also 2 months old, who has opinions about everything and expresses them also loudly, also at 3am. 🐾 And then we have Zoey — 8 months old, full Aussie chaos energy — who has taken one look at this new situation and decided that her role is to make it significantly more complicated. 😂🐕

Rey and Finn are watching all of this unfold with the quiet dignity of dogs who have seen things. 😅

Is it madness? Absolutely. Are we sleeping? We are not. Do we regret a single second of it? Not even slightly. 💙

Welcome home Nova. This family is loud and chaotic and full of love and you are going to fit in perfectly. 🌟🔥

🐾 Two years. TWO YEARS. How?! 🥹

Rey’s first ever litter turns 2 today and we are not okay. 😭💙

We were there for every single one of those tiny squishy arrivals. Slept in the room with them for a week. Watched Rey step into motherhood for the very first time and absolutely nail it. 🌟

Chewy, Jabba, Leia, Padme, Yoda, Phantom and little Obi-wan — seven perfect souls who changed us completely. 🐾

Now living their best lives as Bentley, Popcorn, Kenna, Riley, Yoda and Phantom — and one very special boy who will always hold a place in our hearts. 🌈💙

Happy 2nd birthday to all seven of you. Rey is still the proudest mom. 🥹🐾
